My name is Ross Doolittle and I am a senior at Saint Mary’s College of California. I am a Business Administration Major and I’m graduating in May 2017, but I have always had a passion for food throughout my life.
I worked in the restaurant industry for close to three years and have friends who still work at various restaurants throughout the Bay Area. I grew to love the restaurant scene and it heightened my hunger for food. I know bus boys, servers, bartenders, sue chefs, sommeliers and restaurant managers. This has all contributed to my great appreciation of food and the experience of dining out. I like trying new new things and have an appreciation for all kinds of cuisine. Not only do I love to eat, but I enjoy the cooking aspect of it and learning new ways to becoming a better cook.
While journeying through different parts of the Bay Area this semester, I hope to create a blog that is interesting, makes readers hungry and want to try new restaurants or cuisines. And personally, I hope to find some new favorite foods and techniques to make new foods!
